Overview

Buildr is operated by Tracked Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Buildr.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use the platform.

Account details such as name, email, and profile information.
Billing and subscription data handled by third-party providers.

We use information to operate, improve, and secure Buildr.

Provide access to creator products, subscriptions, and communities.
Process payments and manage subscription access.

Monitor for fraud, abuse, and platform security.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver the service.

With creators you subscribe to, so they can deliver content and community access.
With service providers like payment processors, Discord, and analytics vendors.
With legal authorities when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage trends.

You can adjust browser settings to manage cookies, but some features may not function correctly without them.

QuickPick link activity

When you open a Buildr QuickPick link, we record the visit so the creator can understand whether the link was used. For up to 90 days, that record may include your IP address and full browser user agent. After 90 days, we remove those raw fields and retain only pseudonymous click attribution and the QuickPick lifecycle record. Link previews and known automated visitors are identified separately from human visits.

This QuickPick privacy disclosure is effective August 29, 2026.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

You can request deletion of your account, subject to retention requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may update your account information in the app and request access or deletion of your data.

We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Buildr is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
